Bourgogne Développement supports the 6^th edition of the Taste – Nutrition – Health International Congress

Bourgogne Développement supports the 6^th edition of the Taste – Nutrition – Health International Congress organized by Vitagora which is being held in Dijon the 22nd and the 23rd March 2011.

The federating theme « Food, Nutrient and Well-being » brought together in 2010 almost 600 international participants. The Scientific Committee confirmed its willingness to go even further with the theme of well-being. This year, the conventioneers will concentrate on « Wellness : Balance & Dietary Pleasure ».

Scientific conferences animated by international experts of nutrition and food sciences, round-tables gathering companies and researchers, and display areas will all make it possible to address the key problematics of the food industry.

Thus, specific themes such as « What do we change, the available food offer or consumption behaviour ? » - « Sugar and cocaine : a comparison of their potential addictiveness in animals » will be approached in the different formats proposed during the Congress.

The Regional Development Agency supports this action. It is present at the show to meet with companies which have an investment project in the Greater East part of France in the health field.
