Burgundy Development Agency, the Regional Development Agency (ARD) in Burgundy, is neither a public administration, nor a private enterprise. It was created in 2005 by the Burgundy Regional Council with the 4 General Councils, the agglomerations and various economic development partners (consulates, employers and trade unions, banks and socially responsible companies…). The Agency’s President is Marc BENNER, who is also regional delegate for the EDF (French Electricity Board).
